Appetizing Eggplant Parmesan



This is a no fry deviation of this admired dish, and is just as appetizing .It is ready in 1 hour .
Approximately 25 minutes for preparation  , cook time 35 minutes .The following ingredients are suitable for 8 to 10 servings .

Ingredients 

 3 eggplant, peeled and thinly sliced

    2 eggs, beaten

    4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

    6 cups spaghetti sauce, divided

    1 (16 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

    1/2 teaspoon dried basil


Directions are as following  :


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2.     Dip eggplant slices in egg, then in bread crumbs. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes on each side.
  3.     In a 9x13 inch baking dish spread spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom. Place a layer of eggplant slices in the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with remaining ingredients, ending with the cheeses. Sprinkle basil on top.
  4.     Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

Mushy buttermilk pancake



A very soft and fluffy pancake better to use fresh buttermilk for the best taste, I’m sure you’ll enjoy each bite of it. It’s ready in 25 minutes. 15 minutes for preparation, 10 minutes for cooking.

Following ingredients are suitable for making a 12.5 inch pancake.


3 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tablespoons white sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 cups buttermilk
    1/2 cup milk
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup butter, melted

 

Here are the directions :






  1.     In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter. Keep the two mixtures separate until you are ready to cook.
  2.     Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. You can flick water across the surface and if it beads up and sizzles, it's ready!
  3.  Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, using a wooden spoon or fork to blend. Stir until it's just blended together. Do not over stir! Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/2 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Ultimate slow cooker chicken



An easy slow cooker recipe for a whole chicken.  Serve hot with steamed rice.  Ready in 8+ hours. Preparation time 30 minutes cooking time 8 hours

Ingredients are as follows, suitable for 6 servings.



    
 1 small sweet onion, sliced

    8 cloves garlic

    3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

    1/2 cup vinegar

    1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces





Directions

  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar, and pour over the chicken. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

Mushy chocolate chip cookies



Everybody wants this soft chocolate chip recipe, because it’s easy to make. Secondly, you can use any flavor pudding you like for this recipe. It takes about one (1) hour and forty five (45) minutes.

4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 cups butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup w
    2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

 

Directions




  1.   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.
  4. Serve to kids with milk (optional)

Best oven fried chicken


Many people love fried chicken but unfortunately it takes so long  .  This recipe solves the problem , I am sure everyone will love it . Secondly ,

For this special recipe you'll require the following ingredients , suitable for ten (10) servings .


  

12 chicken thighs

    3 eggs

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

    salt and pepper to taste

    1 teaspoon paprika

    1/2 cup vegetable oil


 Directions 


 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, until all pieces are coated. Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.  Serve !
